What are the shipping costs?

Within the EU I ship all items for free. That means that I send them standard mail, if possible as a letterbox package, with a Track & Trace code. 

If an item has to be sent to a country outside the EU, please contact me via the contact form and I will let you know the shipping costs.

What are the payment options?

Orders can only be paid in advance, for this I use PayPal as my payment service provider.

PayPayl's system offers a variety of payment options, these will appear when you are finishing up your order. The different available payment methods are:

• with your own PayPal account
• with iDeal
• with SOFORT
• by CreditCard

What is the return policy?

If the item you purchased does not meet your expectations, please contact me within 14 days so I can provide you with the return details. As soon as I have received the item in its original condition, I will return the amount paid by you.

Please note that the shipping costs for returns are to be borne by you!

Customized or personalized items can in principle not be returned, unless agreed otherwise.

What about the size of the rings?

In the Netherlands, we usually work with the diameter, measured on the inside of the ring. These are the sizes mentioned in my webshop.

In most other European countries the circumference of the finger, so the circumference on the inside of the ring is taken as the size.
